European Design with Gudrun: “Eye Catchers”

In this class you will create an “Eye Catcher” – a unique basket design made from a sturdy base and covered with raffia. Use it over and over again to decorate your home with flowers. Gudrun always incorporates natural, creative and unexpected materials into her designs. She is always sure to surprise us with her innovative and uniquely European techniques!
Gudrun Cottenier is the owner and lead instructor of De Groene Ver Beelding Bloemenschool, a flower school in Mater, Belgium. She teaches over 2000 students each year in her charming studio attached to her home. She is the author of five books on floral design. Gudrun is also the flower expert for Belgium and the Netherlands largest women’s magazine, Libelle. Gudrun was instrumental in helping Faith Flowers launch our very first flower tour to Belgium and the Netherlands.
